Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition in which you received it, with all original labels attached, the original packaging intact, and any safety seal unbroken. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Dietary Supplements and Ingestible Products

For health and safety reasons, dietary supplements and other ingestible products are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and have their original safety seal fully intact.

Products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, unsealed, or otherwise tampered with cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This restriction does not apply if the product was delivered damaged, defective, contaminated, expired, or different from the product ordered. In such cases, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

If your return is approved, our support team will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, expired, contaminated, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, contaminated, expired, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Do not consume any product if the safety seal is missing, broken, damaged, or appears to have been tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used dietary supplements

  • Products with a broken, removed, or damaged safety seal

  • Partially consumed products

  • Products not returned in their original packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or improper storage

  • Gift cards

Sale or promotional items are subject to the same health and safety requirements. Unopened sale items may be eligible for return unless they were clearly identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the eligible item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the new product.

Opened, used, or unsealed dietary supplements cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, expired, contaminated, or incorrect when delivered.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
